Project update

(February 22nd 2024) MunmuBaram joint venture partners Shell and Hexicon have agreed for Hexicon to acquire Shell's 80% shareholding in the project. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed this year. Upon completion, Hexicon will have full ownership of MunmuBaram.

MunmuBaram is committed to advancing offshore wind development initiatives in South Korea, and will continue to collaborate with partners and shareholder in its endeavours.
