MunmuBaram Co., Ltd. commences Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)

(May 2nd , 2022) MunmuBaram Co., Ltd. has commenced Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) required for its Ulsan Floating Offshore Wind Farm development. Prior to commencement of the surveys, MunmuBaram Co., Ltd. has selected local vessels and contracted a local engineering company specialized in EIA, through a fair bidding and evaluation process. In addition, MunmuBaram Co., Ltd. will continue to build partnership with the local fishermen to expand their participation opportunities. MunmuBaram Co., Ltd. will evaluate the effect of the MunmuBaram Project on the environment and fishery during EIA, assess the status, predict the potential impacts and develop mitigation plans and measures to minimize its impact on the environment. Throughout these efforts, MunmuBaram Co., Ltd. expects to successfully complete the MunmuBaram project in compliance with both Korean and international regulations, as well as internal HSSE standards.
