Hexicon Completes Acquisition of MunmuBaram

(December 6th, 2024)Hexicon has completed the previously announced acquisition of Shell’s 80% interest in MunmuBaram. The transaction has secured regulatory approvals.

MunmuBaram is committed to advancing offshore wind development initiatives in South Korea and will continue to collaborate with partners and shareholders in its endeavours.
